STEP 1. Submit all required documents to Exit-Entry Administration Office of Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau for review. After the review is approved, the Exit and Entry Administration of the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau will issue a police certificate.<\/p>

STEP 2. Submit Nanjing of China Police Clearance Certificate to Notary Public Office in Nanjing. 1. Scanned copy of current and previous passport photo pages, visa pages, residence permit pages and exit-entry stamp pages.<\/strong>

You must bring the copy of passports to the Public Security Bureau. Or you may authorize a third party to present in person with your copy of passports to make application where written consent applies.

2. Scanned copy of the Registration Form(s) of Temporary Residence.<\/strong>

The Registration Form of Temporary Residence (TRRF) is the form that you filled upon your arrival in China within 24 hours. If you currently reside in Nanjing, (TRRF) is required documents for request of Nanjing Police Certificate. Whereas it is optional supporting document if live abroad currently.

3. Scanned copy of work permit or scan copy of original degree\/diploma.<\/strong>

Work permit and degrees are optional documents for police certificate application.

4. Signed letter of authority for third party application.<\/strong>
