China has officially joined the Hague Convention and become a member state. The Apostille Convention came into effect in China on November 7, 2023.<\/p>

If the CE Certificate is to be used in the 1961 Hague Convention, you need to provide an Apostilled document. The Apostille is typically handled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs\uff08MOFA\uff09 or its authorized local foreign affairs offices.<\/p>
