How to get a Business License in China?
To operate legally in China, the business must obtain a business license issued by the relevant market regulatory authorities. Businesses may submit registration applications online via either the official portal of the State Administration for Market Regulation（国家市场监督管理总局） or local government service platform. Alternatively, the company can submit materials to the local Industrial and Commercial Bureau to apply for a business license offline.

CCPIT Certification for Business License in China
When Chinese companies export goods to certain countries, these countries will require them to provide a CCPIT attestted Business License. Business License must be authenticated by CCPIT before apostille or legalization for overseas use.
